摘　　要：目的 :探讨医院感染控制的护理管理方法。方法 :重视护理人员的职业道德教育 ,医院感染知识培训 ,加强消毒隔离管理 ,正确熟练掌握护理技术操作。结果 :提高了医院感染工作重要性的认识 ,使防范的意识深入人心 ,自觉履行职责 ,有效地控制了医院感染的发生。结论 :科学合理的管理可以提高护理人员的综合水平 ,是控制医院感染行之有效的方法。Objective:A discussion of nursing management of infection control in hospitals. Method:Emphasizing the education of nurses' professional ethics; carrying out training on knowledge of infection control; stressing sterilizing gad isolating management and improving nursing skills. Result:The nurses have recognized the importance of reducing infection in hospitals and are keeping an eye on this method. As a result of the actions, infection rate in hospitals has been reduced. Conclusion:Scientific and rational management can improve the comprehensive ability of nurses and it is an efficient way to control infection in hospitals.
