急性股部筋膜间室综合征的诊断与治疗

摘　　要：目的 :分析讨论急性股部筋膜间室综合征的诊断与治疗。方法 :经测压确诊 8例股部筋膜间室综合征病例 ,行股部内、外侧切口进行股部外、内及后部筋膜间室切开减压。结果 :2例术后第 3d及第 4d死亡 ,6例存活 ,患肢均遗有严重的感觉及运动障碍 ,丧失工作能力。结论 :急性股部筋膜间室综合征是一严重创伤性疾病 ,病死及病残率高 ,愈后差。正确的股部切开减压及预防多脏器功能衰竭是抢救成功的关键。Objective: To explore and discuss the diagnosis and treatment of acute osteofascial compartment syndrome of the thigh(CST). Method: The authors diagnozed 8 cases of acute osteofascial compartment syndrome of the thigh by pressure apparatus and decompressed the pressure of anterior? medial and posterior compartment from medial and lateral approach. Results: Two patients died 3 and 4 days later respectively after the decompression. Six patients survived after the operation. All patients unable to work and have serious problem with sense perception and motion of the limb.Conclusion: Acute osteofascial compartment syndrome of the thigh it is a severe traumatic disease that the mortality and crippled rate is high. The prognosis of it is worse. The key of treatment is to decompress timely and prevention of multiple system organ failure.
