摘　　要：简要介绍了双螺杆反应型挤出机在处理带漆膜的热塑性塑料、交联橡胶以及热固性塑料等废弃聚合物方面的应用。利用挤出机高剪切、可注水的功能实施体型高分子的分解 ,从而制得性能优良的再生塑料。Applications of a new type of twin screw extruder in recycling waste polymer materials, including thermoplastics with thermosetting coating surface, vulcanized rubbers and thermosetting polyurethane, were introduced. With its high shear rate and equipped with a water pouring system, the twin screw extruder could be applied to recycle above mentioned materials. A nanocomposite of nylon clay could also be prepared with this equipment.
