摘　　要：梁家楼沙三段中亚段浊积砂岩油藏已处于高含水期 ,精细油藏描述与剩余油分布规律研究表明 ,该油田可动用剩余油潜力较大 ,其富集区主要分布于正微构造与断脊式构造单元。应用水平井挖潜取得了初期高产且不含水的显著效果 ,在此基础上总结出水平井的优化设计与系统管理模式。Middle Es 3 turbidite sandstone oil reservoir of Liangjialou has been in high watercut period. Research on fine reservoir description and rule of remaining oil distribution shows that movable remaining oil has great potential, it enriched in positive microtectonics and fractureridge structural element. Notable result of high production and non water cut in early period has been achieved by applying horizontal wells. Based on that, optimal design and system management mode of the horizontal wells are summarized.
