摘　　要：本文简要阐述了风险投资的基本含义和一般决策的决策过程 ,着重分析了风险投资决策的基本特点 ,认为风险投资决策具有决策主体的契约性、决策本身的不确定性。In this paper we present briefly the basic concept of venture capital and general decision making process.The decision making of venture capital are analyzed which can be depicted with some features,such as contractual relationship of decision body,uncertainty of decision case,multi-stage of decision process and decision evaluating index.
