摘　　要：目的 :探讨足月新生儿急性呼吸窘迫综合征 (ARDS)胸部诊断标准。方法 :参照 1 994年美国和欧洲ARDS评审会议制订的ARDS诊断标准 ,对 1 999年 1月～ 2 0 0 2年 3月我院符合诊断标准的足月新生儿 87例进行回顾性分析 ,对符合足月新生儿ARDS诊断标准的 1 0例病例资料进行分析。结果 :X线表现为“白肺”4例 ;肺野呈“毛玻璃”样 1例 ;双肺大片状浸润 3例 ;双肺纹理增多模糊 ,弥漫性小片状浸润伴代偿性肺气肿 2例。结论 :ARDS的X线表现有一定特点 ,可为临床诊断提供重要影像学依据 ,同时可评估治疗效果。Objective:Inquire into X ray manifestation of full term newborn infant with acute respiration distress syndrome.Methods:According to the criteria of the American European consensus conference on ARDS in 1994,87 full term newborn infants in NICU between January 1999 and March 2002 were studied retrospectively and analysed the X ray manifestations of 10 cases in conformity with the diagnosis standards of full term newborn infants.Results:X ray manifestations in lung were 'white lung' in 4 cases,'frosted glass' in 1 case and big patchy infiltration in 3 cases.Exaggerated and indistinct lung markings with diffuse small patchy infiltration and compensatory emphysema in 2 case.Conclusion:The X ray manifestation of ARDS has some features that can provide image evidences,also be available for the assessment of treatment results.
