传热模型对炉衬设计与粘渣护炉关系的分析

摘  要:通过建立耐火材料炉衬的传热模型 ,分析了炉衬内不同材料间厚度 ,导热系数、温度与粘渣层性能、厚度间的关系 ,认为在选择炉衬结构时 ,必须考虑炉衬的渣粘附性能 ,适当增加渣的厚度 ,同时注意调整砖的导热系数与结构 ,以利于延长炉衬使用寿命 ,降低维持炉衬长寿运行的成本 。The relationship of the thickness,heat transferring coefficients and temperatures of different lining materials with the performance and thickness of the bonded slag layer are analyzed by building up a heat transferring model.Results demonstrate that in order to prolong the lining life and cut down the maintenance and repair cost as well as the running cost for the long life lining it is imperative to take into full consideration of the cohesiveness of the lining slag and properly increase the thickness of slag layer while taking care of readjusting the heat-transfer coefficients and stucture of the refractory bricks.Setup of a heat-transfer model is beneficial to the improvement of lining design under the conditions of furnace protection by splashing slag in a converter and V-Ti slag furnace protection in a blast furnace.
