摘　　要：研究了采用高功率Nd :YAG连续激光器焊接铝合金 2 0 0 7的方法和工艺参数。通过观察焊缝截面 ,发现存在气孔和热裂纹。工艺实验表明 。The processing paraments of laser welding of aluminum alloy 2007 with high power Nd:YAG CW laser are studied.Pores and hot cracks are found in the welding seam. The experiments show that laser welding with filler wire Alsi12 cna minimize hot crack due to the smallest amout of heat input into the ease material.
