两种管道线路工程施工及验收规范的比较

摘  要:将QSY0 4 0 1 - 98《输油输气管道线路工程施工及验收规范》与Q/SYXQ1 - 2 0 0 1《西气东输管道工程线路工程施工及验收规范》标准进行了比较 ,并对这两个标准中的施工准备、材料管理、线路测量、管沟开挖与回填、防腐管运输与保管、布管、坡口加工与管口组对、清管试压以及管道干燥等方面的不同点进行了详细的描述 。A comparison on the construction and acceptance criterion of pipeline route engi neering in two enterprise criteria,QSY0401-98《Construction and Acceptance Crite rion of Oil & Gas Pipeline Route Engineering》and Q/SYXQ1-2001《Construction and Acceptance Criterion for West-to-East Natural Gas Transmission Pipeline Route E ngineering》, is made. The differences described in the paper includes construct ion preparation, materials handling, pipeline route reconnaissance, digging and backfill of trench, transportation of coated pipe, pipe stringing, bevel manufac turing, pipe alignment, pipeline pigging and pressure test, as well as pipeline dewatering,which is very useful to establish the standardization of pipeline con struction.
