彩色超声多谱勒与CT仿真内窥镜对胆囊息肉的对比研究

摘　　要：目的　评价彩色超声多谱勒 (彩超 )和CT仿真胆囊内窥镜 (CTVEGB)对胆囊息肉的显示能力。方法　对 32例经手术病理证实的胆囊息肉患者 ,进行彩超及CTVEGB比较。结果　彩超与CTVEGB检出率无差别 (Ρ >0 .0 5) ,显示息肉的三维形态CTVEGB比彩超更精确 ,反映息肉的病理性质彩超有良好的对应性。Objective To evaluate the ability of Color Doppler Ultrasound (CDU) and CT virtual endoscopy (CTVEGB) in showing polyps of the gallbladder.Methods CDU findings of thirty-two patients with polyps of the gallbladder proved by pathology were compared with that of CTVEGB. Results CTVEGB could more correctly demonstrate the surface details of polyps which were viewed in a 3D fashion in any projection than ultrasound. Detective rate between CDU and CTVEGB had no statistical significance(Ρ>0.05), Color Doppler Ultrasound was corresponded well with pathologic type.Conclusion CTVEGB in conbination with CDU is a good and comprehensive method in diagnosing polyps of the gallbladder.
