摘　　要：针对湘钢二烧结厂一期带冷机存在的断链、台车变形、液压张紧失效、漏风、扬尘、积灰严重、冷却效率差等问题 。The paper recommends the problems of chain breakage, flat car deformation, hydraulic take up failure, air leaking, dusty, dust accumulation and low cooling efficiency occurred in first term project of blast belt cooler in No.2 sinter plant in Xiangtan iron and steel company and recommends the innovation in designing the second term blast belt cooler.
