摘　　要：采用在麦粒培养基上覆盖 1层泥炭的方法 ,研究了泥炭在栽培种生产中对接种萌发率、污染率和菌种干缩度的影响。结果表明 :覆盖泥炭能缩短发菌时间 ,提高原种平均萌发率 2 5 % ;促进菌丝健壮生长 ,降低污染率 30 % ;保持菌种水分 ,减轻干缩程度。s: The influence of turf on the germination rate, contamination rate and inoculum shrinking is studied after the barley medium is covered with turf. The results are as follows: the inoculum germination rate can be heightened by 25% and the germination time shortened; the contamination rate can be decreased by 30% because of strong mycelium growth, so the inoculum shrinking can be lessened and its humidity can be kept well.
