26%阿·哒水分散粒剂(WG)的配方研究

摘　　要：以 90 %阿维菌素和 90 %达螨灵为原药 ,填料 A1、A2 ,润湿剂 B1、B2 、B3 ,乳化剂 C1、C2 、C3 ,分散剂 D和崩解剂 E为辅料 ,开展了 2 6 %阿·哒水分散粒剂的配方研究。经理化性能和热贮稳定性试验测定 ,确定下列配方 :阿维菌素 (有效成分含量≥ 1.0 % ) ,哒螨灵 (有效成分含量≥ 2 5 .0 % ) ,润湿剂 B2 4 % ,乳化剂C3 8% ,分散剂 D3% ,崩解剂 E和辅助剂适量 ;填料 A1和 A2 按 9∶ 1补至 10 0 %。按上述配方配制的 2 6 %阿·哒水分散粒剂 (WG) ,经各项技术指标和热贮稳定性测定均达到有关水分散粒剂的质量标准。The formulation of 26% Ada WG was studied on the basis of Avermectin B 1 and Damanling with packing A 1,A 2, wetting agent B 1,B 2,B 3, Emulsifier C 1,C 2,C 3, dispersing agent D and disintegration agent E.After determinating its property of physics and chemistry and heat storage stability, the formulation should includes Avermectin B 1(available component content)≥ 1.0% , Damanling (available component content )≥ 25.0% , 4.0% of wetting agent (B 2), 8% of emulsifier(C 3), 3% of dispersing agent D, Disintegration agent and packing A 1 and A 2 (filling to 100% according to 9∶1 ratio), which can reach the qulity standard of WG.
