摘  要:目的 探讨昆山地区水源水中藻类及其毒素的污染水平和变化规律。方法 对 6家水厂的 2、5、 8、 11月源水藻类进行计数、分类 ;采用酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)检测微囊藻毒素LR(Microcystin -LR ,MCLR)。结果  6家水厂源水全年藻类平均密度为 2 2 5× 10 6个 /L ,8月平均密度最高 ,达 5 81× 10 6个 /L。MCLR年平均值 199 71pg/ml;8月份均值最高 ,为 6 2 5 5 0 pg/ml;2 4份水样中 ,最高值达 2 2 80 pg/ml。 结论 昆山地区地面水已呈富营养状态 。Objective To study the contamination and variation of algae and their microcystin-LR(MCLR) in source water of the Kunshan area Methods Types and concentrations of algae were detected in source water samples of 6 water factories and MCLR was determined with high sensitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) Results Yearly average density of algae was 2 25×10 6/L,with peak par algae density of 5 81×10 6/L in August The cyanophyta of higher toxicity has become dominant species in Summer The highest average level of MCLR,625 50 pg/ml,was found in August,but not detectable in February Yearly average level of MCLR was 199 71 pg/ml A correlative relationship existed between the average level of MCLR and the chemical oxygen demands,the ratio of nitrogren/phosphorons and temperature Conclusions There is an obvious eutrophication in surface waters of the Kunshan area The contamination of algae and microcystins are very severe
