摘　　要：介绍了目前带冠整体叶轮国内外的研制情况 ,并在分析涡轮叶盘现有加工工艺的基础上 ,提出了一种加工带冠整体叶轮的创新工艺———带电解预通道的电火花成形工艺 ,并讨论了该工艺的技术难点和相应的解决方案。The research and the techniques of integrated turbine with ring home and abroad are analyzed in this paper. And then, a new technique to manufacture integrated turbine with ring, EDM with an ECM channels, is also discussed.
