摘　　要：对等离子弧喷涂法快速制模技术进行了基础实验研究。介绍了等离子弧喷涂法快速制模的工艺过程 ,分析了影响等离子弧喷涂成形的主要因素 ,试验研究了等离子弧喷涂层的结构和质量 ,并将该技术用于模具的快速制造。The basic experimental researches on rapid manufacturing moulds by plasma spraying have been carried out. The process of this method has been introduced and the main influencing factors on manufacturing moulds by plasma spraying have been analyzed. The microstructure and surface quality of the coatings formed by plasma spraying have been experimentally researched. And the technology manufactured moulds by plasma spraying has been used in rapid manufacturing.
