摘　　要：指出了当前建筑防水市场上推出的包修保险、质量保险与防水工程质量保证期制度之间的差别。认为实行保证期制度主要症结在于建筑防水业还缺乏大量的防水工法,保险业还未开拓这方面业务。当前,只有尽早完善各种防水材料的防水工法,才有利于保证期制度的早日实行。The article points out the difference between the quality warran-ty system and existing quality and re pair insurance.The author thinks the crux to implement the quality warran-ty system lies lack of enough water-proofing methods and no insurance coverage in this field.At presnt ,it is beneficial to early implementation of the system to perfect various water-proofing methods.
