摘　　要：重庆地区夏热冬冷,传统住房简陋,隔热、保温差,为了改善室内热环境,达到建筑节能50%的目标,就必须实施夏天隔热、冬天保温的节能标准。要了解室内热环境和节能的标准,推敲建筑布局、朝向、环境与通风,控制体形系数、窗墙面积比、窗墙与屋面传热系数等,做好建筑节能设计。In Chongqing it is cold in the summer and it is heat in the winter.The traditional house is poor in temperature saving.For improving indoor heat condition and achieving energy saving50%,the criterion of energy saving should be brought into effect.Elaborating architectural layout ?figure coefficient etc.,we should maste architectural energy saving technic.
