Objective:To probe the dynamic changing character of chemical elements' contents in fetal lung and its physiologically nutritional significance. Methods:To mensurate the 21 chemical elements' contents in lung of fetus age of four to ten months, and comparing the 21 elements' contents of fetus with those of adult, and trying to analyze and assort the relativity between the monthly average of 21 elements' contents with fetus month age. Results:The changing trends of chemical elements' contents of fetus lung are divided into three kinds, which are markedly positive relativity with fetus month-age increasing, markedly negative relativity with fetus month-age increasing and indistinctive relativity with fetus month-age increasing. Conclusion:The weight and chemical elements' contents of fetal lung are unstable in the stage of fetus up-growth. The changing character of chemical elements contents in fetal lung with month age can not only provide biological information for disclosing the relationship between the development of fetal lung with chemical elements, but also provide bases for adjusting and controlling the nutritional balance of fetus-newborn and woman during the period of gestation and lactation.
