摘　　要：目的 :了解低能量氦氖激光血管内照射 (IL IB)对老年冠心病患者心电图 QT离散度 (QTd)的影响 ,并评价其临床价值。方法 :选择 70例心率校正后的 QTd(QTcd) >5 0 ms的老年冠心病患者 ,按是否接受 IL IB治疗分为两组 ,比较治疗前后 QTcd的变化。结果 :接受 IL IB治疗者治疗后 QTcd值 (5 5 .3 8± 2 5 .71) m s,比未接受 IL IB治疗者QTcd值 (68.40± 2 7.5 3 ) ms明显减少 ,两者差异有显著性 (t=2 0 .44 ,P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :IL IB能有效地降低老年冠心病患者心电图 QT离散度 ,使心室肌组织间复极时间趋向一致 ,从而可减少室性心律失常的发生 。Objective:To observe the effect of He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation on blood(ILIB)on QT dispersion (QTd) in patiens with senile coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:70 cases with senile CHD,whose QTcd (that is the QTd was corrected heart rate)>50 ms were divided into two groups according to the ILIB and without ILIB therapy.Then the QTcd was measured before and after treatment.Results:It showed that QTcd in patient with ILIB therapy was shorter than that of non-ILIB patients (55.38±25.71) ms VS (68.40±27.53) ms,P<0.05.Conclusions:The study indicates that the ILIB could effectively decrease the QTd of senile CHD patients.As a result,the ventricular arrhytmia would be decreased.
