摘  要:目的 :采用胶束电动毛细管色谱法使 3种青霉素类药物 (氨苄西林、阿莫西林、替卡西林 )及两种 β 内酰胺酶抑制剂(克拉维酸、舒巴坦 )的混合物得到分离测定。方法 :选用硼酸钠 磷酸盐缓冲液 (pH8.5 ) ;恒定电压 2 0kV ,运行电流 110 μA,检测波长 2 14nm。选择苯巴比妥为内标。结果 :各组分在 5~ 8min之间得到完全分离 ,浓度与峰面积比间呈良好的线性 ,线性范围为 0 .0 5~ 3g·L-1,RSD <2 % (n =10 ) ,回收率为 93.30 %~ 10 1.1% ,RSD <2 % (n =10 ) ,结论 :该法分离效率高 ,试剂用量少 ,准确 ,简便 ,快速。ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE Micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography(MECC) was used for the separation of a mixture of three penicillins(ampicillin, amoxycillin,ticarcllin) and two β lactamase inhibitors(clavulanic acid,sulbactam).METHODS A buffer solution Na 2B 4O 7 H 3PO 4 (pH 8.5 )was used.The applied voltage was 20 kV and UV detection wavelength was 214 nm ,phenobarbital was selected as internal standard.RESULTS The migration times of the individual components were between 5 and 8 min ,Good linearity over the range of 0.05 ~ 3 g ·L -1 was obtained.The RSD of intra ran was less than 2%( n =10) and the recoveries were 93.3% ~ 101.1% with RSD less than 2%( n =10).CONCLUSIONS The results demonstrated the method is highly effective, less solvent consumption,simple,rapid and accurate.
