摘　　要：结合生产实际详细介绍了城区独立坐标系建立的方法、GPS控制网的数据采集、基线向量的检核及使用GPSurvey软件进行城区独立坐标系平差的方法,为建立城区独立GPS控制网积累了经验。This paper introduced in detail the method of establishing city zone independent coordinate system, data acquirement of GPS control net, check of baseline vectors, and adjustment method by means of Software GPSurvey combined with production, and accumulated experience for establishing city zone independent coordinate net. 
