摘　　要：叙述了专家系统及DLL的概念,介绍了用VC++定义DLL实现"大坝安全监测专家系统"过程性知识,得出了几点结论。The expert system and DLL is sketched in this paper first, and the way of how to realize the process knowledge of 'the expert system of monitoring dam safely' with DLL defined by VC++ is introduced in detail. Some conclusions are drawn out in the end. 
