摘　　要：调查左氧氟沙星注射液所致的不良反应(ADR)的发生率、临床表现及相关因素,旨在安全合理用药。方法:于2000年10月至2001年9月期间在北京市8所医院,采用多中心、前瞻性方法调查4437例使用左氧氟沙星注射液的住院患者发生ADR的情况,并对其进行统计分析。结果:4437例患者中有143例发生ADR,发生率为3.22％,轻度居多,占58.04％,并归纳总结了ADR的临床表现及相关因素。结论:本次调查中左氧氟沙星注射液ADR发生率较低,且程度较轻。值得注意的是,我们在调查中发现ADR的发生与患者的年龄、用药剂量与疗程、过敏史、合并用药等因素有关。因此,临床医生在选用该药时应考虑上述因素,这样就能避免或减少ADR的发生。To investigate the adverse reactions of levofloxacin injection, including the frequency, manifestations and the related factors. Method; A multicentre prospective study of levofloxacin injection was carried out in eight hospitals in Beijing between October 2000 and September 2001, and the collected data were analysed. Results- The adverse drug reactions occurred in 143 of 4437 inpatients (3.22%) , with 58.04% of mild type. The clinical manifestations most often involved the gastro-intestinal tract and skin. Conclusion: The adverse effects of levofloxacin injection showed generally low frequency and mild symptoms, which were associated with the dose, duration,interactions of levofloxacin administration. It should be used with care in elderly patients and in allergic subjects.
