酒石酸唑吡坦片与思诺思片治疗失眠的疗效比较研究

摘　　要：目的　比较酒石酸唑吡坦和思诺思片治疗失眠的疗效。方法　采用酒石酸唑吡坦片和思诺思片双盲随机试验 ,对失眠病人进行治疗 ,疗程 1周 ,分别于用药第 1天、第 4天和第 8天 ,用罗纳普朗克临床观察表观察疗效和副反应。结果　在疗程中两药的疗效和副反应均无明显差异。结论　酒石酸唑吡坦片是安全有效的抗失眠药 ,疗效与思诺思相当。Objectives To compare the efficacy of zolpidem tartrate and stilnox in the treatment for insomnia.Methods A double-blind, randomized and controlled test was conducted on zolpidem tartrate and stilnox in the treatment for insomnia. For each individual, the treatment lasted for 1 week and a clinical observation scale was used to assess the effect and side effects on days 1,4 and 8 of the treatment.Results No significant differences were found in effect and side effects between the two drugs.Conclusion Zolpidem tartrate is a safe and effective hypnotic agent which is similar to stilnox in efficacy.\;
