摘　　要：目的　建立氯麻滴鼻液中氯霉素和盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定方法。方法　采用双波长分光光度法消除组分间干扰进行含量测定。结果　方法的线性关系良好 ,氯霉素平均回收率为 10 0 4% ,RSD为 0 5 % (n =6 ) ;盐酸麻黄碱平均回收率为 99 7% ,RSD为 1 3% (n =6 )。结论　本法简便、快速、准确。Objective To develop a method for determine the contents of chloramphenicol and ephedrine hydrochloride in nasal drops. Methods While the determination was carried out, the dual wavelength spectrophotomertic method was used for eliminating mutual interference. Results The method was linear and reproducible The average rate of recovery was 100.4%,RSD=0.5%(.n.=6),for chloramphenicol and 99.7%,RSD=1.3%(.n.=6),for ephedrine hydrochloride. Conclusion The method was simple,rapid and accurate.
