摘　　要：目的　探讨综合性ICU应用SAPSⅡ评分系统的应用价值。方法　本研究对 1999年 11月～ 2 0 0 2年 0 7月期间收入我院综合性ICU的 12 8例重危患者 ,通过分析SAPSⅡ预测死亡危险率与实际死亡率的相关性 ,评价在综合性ICU使用SAPSⅡ评分系统的临床价值。结果　死亡组SAPSⅡ评分和死亡危险率都明显高于存活组 (P <0 .0 1) ,存活组中急诊手术患者的SAPSⅡ评分与死亡危险率均较非急诊手术患者高 (P <0 .0 1) ,而在死亡组中这种差异不明显(P >0 .0 5 )。预测院内死亡率 (PHM)与院内实际病死率 (AHM)呈高度直线正相关 (r =0 .888,P <0 .0 1)。Objective To investigate the clinical value of SAPSⅡscoring system which being applied in general ICU. Methods To assess the clinical value of SAPSⅡscoring system ,we apply SAPSⅡ scoring system to analyse the 128 critically ill patients in general ICU of our hospital from Nov,1999 to July,2002. Results It shows AHM is considerably correlated with PHM and that the clinical value of SAPSⅡ scoring system exists. There are obviously statistical differences in the scores of SAPSⅡand PHM between survival group and death group.There is also significance between operation group and non-operation group in survival group.While,there is no significant difference in death group.There is a positive correlation between PHM and AHM. Conclusion SAPSⅡscoring system can be effectively applied in the prediction of mortality in general ICU.
