摘　　要：将运筹学的基本理论应用到换件维修的备件采购决策中 ,通过建立换件维修的备件采购决策的模型 ,提供了一种换件维修的备件采购方法。In this paper, the elementary theory of operational research was applied to alternative maintenance of awaiting parts stocking decision Through the establishment of alternative maintenance of awaiting parts stocking decision-making model,we provide a type of awaiting parts stocking method of alternative maintenance, and gave out case analysis
