多巴胺速尿联合腹腔注射治疗重度妊高征腹水25例分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨多巴胺速尿联合腹腔注射治疗重度妊高征腹水疗效。　方法　取多巴胺 10mg、速尿 2 0mg ,从脐与髂嵴连线中点直接注入腹腔。　结果　 2 5例重度妊高征伴中 -重度腹水应用多巴胺与速尿直接腹腔注射 ,临床治愈率达 92 % ,总有效率为 10 0 %。　结论　多巴胺速尿联合治疗重度妊高征伴中 -重度腹水腹腔直接注射操作简单 。Objective To probe into the effect of using Dopamine and Lasix to cure the severe PIH. Methods Take Dopamine(10mg),Lasix (20mg) inject it directly into the abdominal cavity from central point of the navel and the ilium. Results Of the 25 cases of severe PIH complicated with modest or severe ascites,92 percent were cured clinically and the effective rate was 100 percent. Conclusion The method of using Dopamine and Lasix to cure the severe PIH with ascites can be easily operated with good results.
