摘　　要：大化水电站自1983年投产以来已安全运行了19a,本文对大化水电站大坝安全管理做了较为全面的概述,综述了大坝运行管理的经验、大坝安全定检、大坝维护加固、水工设备检修改造和存在的主要问题,提出了今后大坝运行管理工作的任务。Dahua Hydropower Station has been operating safely for19years since it put into operation in1983.In this paper dam operation management experience,dam safety periodic inspection,dam maintenance and rehabilitation,hydraulic equipment mod-ification and other problems are presented,and put forward the task of dam operation management.
