摘　　要：选取9个县(市)27个乡(镇)为样本 ,对浙江省农村公共卫生服务投入进行深入调查。调查发现 ,浙江省农村公共卫生服务投入与经济发展不相适应 ,农村防保经费严重不足 ,乡镇卫生院负担较重 ,农村公共卫生服务开展随意性较强。为此 ,笔者提出了增加公共卫生投入 ,保证重点公共卫生服务项目 ,加强村卫生室管理 。An intensive survey on input of rural public health services in Zhejiang province was done in 27 towns of 9 counties or cities. It has been found that the input of rural public health services was incompatible with economic development. The funding of rural health care was insufficient. The township hospitals had heavy burdens. Rural public health services were carried out irregularly. Some suggestions were given by the authors. The input of public health should be increased. Important public health services should be given special consideration. The management of village stations should be strengthened, and social insurance system should be improved.
