摘　　要：目的　指导灭菌人员对灭菌终端质量作出有效性判断。方法　采用B D测试纸 ,化学指示卡 ,生物菌管3种检测方法进行灭菌比较。结果　动态灭菌过程中 ,3种检测结果呈现明显差异性。结论　采用多种检测 ,综合判断 ,确保灭菌终端质量安全可靠。OBJECTIVE To make an effective judgement to hospital staffs during the terminal quality control of sterilization. METHODS A comparative study was conducted on sterilization by three test methods, which were B-D test sheet, chemical indicating card and biological bacteria tube. RESULTS There were significant differences among the results of three tests during the active sterilization procedure. CONCLUSIONS The safe and reliable terminal quality control of sterilization should be ensured by various testing methods and general analysis.
