摘  要:按照压水堆核电站核岛主设备主环缝等大厚度焊接接头的结构特征、材料和焊接工艺等条件 ,制备焊接试件 ,对试件接头不同厚度部位的焊缝金属进行室温和 35 0℃拉伸、0℃和 -2 0℃冲击以及硬度试验 ,分析并比较纵向力学性能差异性 ,试验结果表明 :16MND5低合金钢焊接接头纵向焊缝金属力学性能的差异是不明显的。Welded samples are prepared according to the structure,material,welding procedure and other conditions of large thickness welded joint such as main circular seam of main equipment on the nuclear island of pressurized water reactor nuclear power station, and tension test at room temperature and 350 ℃, impact test at 0 ℃ and -20 ℃, hardness test are executed for weld metal at different thickness location of the sample joints. Difference of mechanical properties of weld metal at different thickness location is analyzed. The test results show that the difference of mechanical properties of weld metal of 16MND5 joints at different thickness location is not obvious.$$$$
