含硫污水汽提塔优化控制的一种方法

摘　　要：通过分析及模拟计算获得正常状态下全塔的温度分布图,以此为依据提出一种利用全塔的温度分布调节操作的控制方法,目的使该塔操作更加稳定,获得合格的净化水.分析实际出现的3种异常的温度分布,具体描述了此优化方案的实际用途.The normal full column temperature profile is obtained by the medium of analyses cum simulation calculation. A fire-new controlling means which use the full column temperature distribution to regulate operation is put forward. Column operating is made more stabilize, and the qualified purified water can be obtained. The three exceptional temperature distributions is analyzed, and it specific describe this optimize conceptual practical use.
