摘 要:根据某钢管拱桥钢管混凝土的试验资料 ,分析了掺和料、外加剂、砂率及钢纤维掺量等因素对大流动度钢纤维钢管混凝土流动性及物理力学等性能的影响 .所配制的混凝土具有大流动度、高强、早强、缓凝、坍落度损失小、微膨胀、可泵性好、免振自密实等特性 ,并成功地应用于该桥钢管拱肋的泵送顶升灌注施工 .On the basis of the test data of the steel-pipe concrete used for an arch bridge project, a study is made on the influences of some factors, including the admixture, additives, sand ratio and amount of steel-fibre, on the fluidity and mechanical property of high fluidity steel-pipe concrete reinforced with steel-fibre. The mixed steel-pipe concrete, with the characteristics of high fluidity, high strength, early hardening, slow setting, small slump diminution, micro-inflation,self-compaction without vibration, and good performance of pumped transportation, has been successfully pumped into the steel-pipe arch rib of the bridge in pouring construction.
