摘　　要：通过对传统拉伸工艺设计的改进 ,简化了模具结构 ,减少了拉伸次数。同时 ,由于采用普通铸铁作为模具主体材料 ,降低了成本。此方法可在零件尺寸较大。Through the improvement in the traditional drawing process design,the structure of the drawing die was simplified and the drawing times were reduced.Meanwhile,common cast iron was used as the main material of the die so that the manufacture cost was lowered.This design method could be applied for the production of the parts of large size and of middle or small quantity.
