摘 要:研究了在硅铁、硅铝铁、硅钡钙合金化学加热后钢液中夹杂物的含量。实验结果表明:硅铝铁化学加热后,去除夹杂物较难;硅钡钙去除夹杂物较为理想;硅铁效果一般。钢液中夹杂物的去除与顶渣的性能也有一定的关系,用硅系发热剂对钢液加热须对顶渣改性处理,碱度在3.0左右。The content of inclusion liquid steel was carried out after liquid steel was heated chemically with alloy of Si-Fe , Si-Al-Fe and Si-Ca-Ba through liquid steel and heating agent as study system. The results show that removal of inclusion is difficult when liquid steel is heated in alloy of Si-Al-Fe, the removal of inclusion is more easy in condition of heating agent of Si-Ca-Ba than heating agent of Si-Al-Fe.Effect of inclusion removal is located at middle between Si-Al-Fe heating agent and Si-Ca-Ba heating agent. The removal of inclusion in liquid steel has relation with performance of top slag. When liquid steel is heating with silicon alloy, character of top slag must be processed. It is demanded that the basicity of top slag is 3.0 or so.
