摘  要:目的 观察中药扶正解毒颗粒 (FJK)对镍暴露者肝损伤的临床疗效及改善酶活性的作用。方法 将 60例患者随机分为两组 :A组 3 1例 ,采用中药FJK合用保肝西药治疗 ;B组 2 9例 ,仅用西药保肝疗法。疗程均为 4周。观察治疗前后两组临床症状、体征的疗效 ,血清丙氨酸转氨酶 (ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶 (AST)、白蛋白 (ALB)、总胆红素 (TBIL)、血清胆碱酯酶 (SChE)、血清镍、红细胞膜Na+ K+ ATP酶及Ca2 + ATP酶变化。结果 与B组比较 ,A组临床症状、体征的改善 ,ALT、AST、血镍水平及SChE、Na+ K+ ATP酶及Ca2 + ATP酶活性的改善均优于B组 (P <0 0 5~ 0 0 1)。结论 FJK具有降镍 ,恢复ATP酶活性 ,改善肝功能作用 。Objective To observe the clinical effect and the change of enzyme activities of Fuzheng Jiedu Keli (FJK) on patients with hepatic injury induced by nickel exposure. Methods 60 cases were divided into group A and B randomly. 31 cases in group A were treated with FJK combined with the therapy of modern medicine capable to restore liver function; 29 cases in group B were given only the therapy of modern medicine. The period of treatment was 4 weeks. Before and after treatment, the clinical effects were observed; biochemical indices such as serum ALT, AST, TBIL, ALB, SChE and serum nickel as well as Na + K + ATPase and Ca 2+ ATPase in RBC membrane were measured respectively. Results Compared with group B, the improvement of patients' symptoms and signs, ALT, AST, the level of serum nickel, SChE and the activities of Na + K + ATPase and Ca 2+ ATPase in group A were all superior to that of group B( P <0 05~0 01). Conclusion It might suggest that FJK could decrease serum nickel, restore the activity of ATPase and improve liver function.
