摘　　要：目的　调查某化工厂二异氰酸甲苯酯 (TDI)对作业工人健康的影响。方法　对作业场所进行职业卫生调查及空气中TDI浓度检测 ,并对作业工人进行健康检查。结果　作业场所通风状况较差 ,两个车间空气中TDI平均浓度分别为 2 8mg/m3 ,2 9mg/m3 。部分作业工人出现神经及呼吸系统症状。结论　该厂TDI危害较为严重 。Objective To investigate the effects of TDI on workers' health in a chemical plant. Methods The occupational health conditions were investigated and the concentrations of TDI in the air of workplaces were also measured. Physical examinations for the workers were also proceeded. Results There was no effective ventilation in the workplaces, the average concentrations of TDI in the air in two different workshops were 2 8 mg/m 3,2 9 mg/m 3 respectively. Some workers had symptoms in nerve and respiration systems. Conclusion It showed that TDI had caused serious adverse effects in the plant. And relative measures should be taken immediately to control it.
