摘 要:采用时域的统计分析方法可将CO2焊焊接过程电信号转化为容易理解的形式.本文以CO2焊焊接过程的短路时间、燃弧时间、周期时间作为统计量进行统计分析.针对逆变式CO2焊电源,通过正交实验分析了其焊接过程的稳定性.试验结果表明:表征焊接过程质量的重要信息可以从电压、电流的时域统计分析中得到;电弧电压和焊接电流的概率密度分布则能充分反映焊接过程的波动性及状态.By means of statistical analysis, the electrical signal of CO2 arc welding process was transformed into a form that can be easily understood. Statistical analysis was conducted on the arc-shorting time, the burning arc time and the shorting transition cycle time of CO2 arc welding process. With regard to the inverter power source for CO2 arc welding, the stability of welding process was analyzed by the orthogonal experiment. The experimental results show that the important equality information can be obtained from the time field statistical analysis of the welding current and the arc voltage. The probability density distribution of current and voltage can completely reflect the fluctuation and states of the welding process.
