摘  要:某些货船直接装载高温货物 ,在运载过程中货物温度逐渐降低。此类货物和船体构件温度分布可认为是瞬态温度场。本文研究了单壳双底货船舱段结构瞬态温度场和热应力。首先分别建立了适用于温度场和热应力分析的舱段计算模型 ,其次运用通用非线性有限元程序ABAQUS对其进行了温度场和热应力的数值分析 ,得到了单壳双底货船舱段结构瞬态温度场和热应力的分布规律。另外 ,运用简化解析方法对货舱段瞬态温度场进行了分析 ,并与有限元数值计算结果做了比较。结果表明 ,基于简化的解析分析可用于设计初期结构温度场的评估。Some vessels directly load high temperature cargo. Temperatures of cargo gradually lower during the voyage. This type of temperature distribution can be specified as transit temperature field. In this paper, the transit temperature field and thermal stresses of hold structures of a single side shell and double bottom vessel were analyzed. Two finite element models were defined respectively for transit temperature field and thermal stress analysis of the hold structure. Numerical analysis of the temperature field and the thermal stress was performed by use of a general nonlinear finite element code ABAQUS. Distribution characteristics of temperature field and thermal stresses of the hold structural members were obtained. In addition, a simplified analytical method was used to carry out the transit temperature field analysis. The analytical results were compared with those obtained by use of the finite element numerical method. It is shown that the simplified analytical method can be used for assessment of temperature distribution of hold structures in the preliminary design phase.
