摘　　要：林地市场应属于特殊的要素市场,在我国当前尚属正在形成之中,浙江省却走在了全国的前列。本文主要就浙江省林地市场的现况,探讨浙江省林地市场构建的对策问题。The forest land market should belong to the special key element market.
