摘 要:利用铁屑在水溶液中腐蚀形成微电池的原理处理印染废水。实验结果表明:COD去除率达50%~75%;脱色率达95%以上;色度可达到国家排放标准。该项处理工艺具有设备简单、操作管理方便、投资省、占地少、运行费用低等优点。该处理方法可望在印染废水处理中得到广泛应用。In this paper, a method of treating dyeing wastewater is introduced. It is based on the principle of galvanic raicro cell can be formed by corrossion of iron scrap in agueous solution. The experimental results indicated that the removal rates of COD were up to 50%~75%; the decolorization rates were above 90% and colourities were met the national standard for discharge. This method has many advantages: simple eguipment: convenienr for operation and management; lesser investment and land reguired; low operation cost etc. It is possible to he widely used in the treatment of dyeing wastewater.
