两性皮革加脂剂的合成及应用研究

摘　　要：用高级饱和脂肪酸、乙二胺和丙烯酸合成制得N-酰胺基乙二胺-β-氨基丙酸型两性加脂剂,最佳合成条件为两步的反应温度分别控制在80℃～90℃及100℃～110℃、两步反应时间分别为1h和2h及反应物的物质量的比为:n(高级脂肪酸):n(乙二胺):n(丙烯酸)=1:1:1。进行了加脂剂的应用实验并用FT-IR对产物的结构进行了表征。The amphoteric fatliquor of N--amido--ethylenediamine--β-aminopropionic acid type has been synthesized by saturated fatty acid reaction with ethylenediamine and acrylic acid. The optimum synthesis condition of the two step chemical reaction were reaction temperature 80℃～90℃ and 100℃～110℃, reaction time 1h and 2h and n (saturated fatty acid):n (ethylenediamine):n(acrylic acid)=1:1:1. The application experiment has been carried out and the structure of product was characterized by FT--IR.
