摘　　要：采用国外先进的一氧化碳敏感元件MK4和国内生产的CRC红外温度传感器等,开发和研制了一种适用于煤矿井下的胶带输送机监控系统,用于监控胶带输送机的运行状况,当肢带机全长的任一点出现超温、速度超差、跑偏、烟雾、一氧化碳、堆煤等故障时,该装置可给出相应的报警显示,然后启动必要的控制保护装置。Based on an investigation of conveyor transportation systems and measuring theory, a new conveyor transportation montitoring system used in coal mine has been developed with an infrared sensor CRC and CO detector MK4. The monitoring system can collect the measuring signals, indicates the corresponding alarm information, and start the necessary equipment.
