摘　　要：针对技术经济中双向排序均衡法存在的不足加以说明和改进,并提出了一种线性规划法可用于多约束条件下的择优问题。The article intends to illustrate and improve the deficiency of the equilibrium of the twoway permutation and put forward the linear layout for the selection under multi-restriction.
