摘　　要：常用合金铸铁辊环耐磨性低,而硬质合金辊环成本高,采用离心铸造方法,开发了耐磨性能优良的高速钢辊环,高速钢辊环的硬度达63～65HRC,辊面硬度差小于2HRC,冲击韧性大于16J/cm^2。用于线材轧机预精轧机,使用寿命比合金铸铁辊环提高6～10倍,接近硬质合金辊环水平。A kind of high speed steel roll collar with high wear-resistance has been developed usingcentrifugal casting technique, to replace common alloy cast iron rolf collar with low wear-resistance and hard alloyroll collar with high price. It has a hardness of 63～65HRC,surface hardness balance of below 2HRC,and impacttoughness of 16J/cm^2. It is simple in production.with a lower cost than hard alloy roll collar. When used in highspeed rod prefinishing mill,its service life is 6～10times longer than that of alloy cast roll collar, close to that ofhard alloy roll collar.
