摘　　要：中国石化茂名分公司重质糠醛装置萃取塔经历了外驱动转盘、矩鞍环填料-转盘复合塔技术的发展,萃取塔效率不断提高。目前,国内外糠醛精制萃取系统的二段萃取技术、新填料的开发应用、入口分布器的设计选型日趋成熟并得到广泛应用,而双溶剂技术因其投资少、效果显著,将是装置技术改造的发展趋势。The extraction column of the furfural refining unit in SINOPEC Maoming Branch has gone through the external-driving rotating disc till rotating disc- packing complex extraction tower, and the efficiency of the columm has also been improved.Now the development of the two-stage extraction technology,the use of the new packing technology,the design of inlet distributer are widely used inside and outside China.The application of the double solvents will replace other extracting solvents in the future because of little investment and good refining effect.
