摘 要:在10Hz~100MHz频率范围内,应用阻抗分析仪测量了骨骼肌纤维走行与测量电场呈垂直和平行两个方向上的蛙离体骨骼肌的介电谱。比较了平行和垂直于外施电场方向的骨骼肌细胞介电谱的区别:(1)在低频段,平行方向电导率(κl,∥)高于垂直方向电导率(κl,⊥)近10倍;(2)在高频段,平行方向电导率(κh,∥)与垂直方向电导率(κh,⊥)不相等,存在着约0.8mS/cm的差值;(3)在电导率Cole-Cole图上,平行方向电导率增量(△κ∥)低于垂直方向电导率增量(△κ⊥);(4)在介电损失(ε″)方面,平行方向介电损失(ε″∥)主峰明显高于垂直方向介电损失(ε″⊥)主峰;(5)在介电损耗角正切(tgδ)方面,平行介电损耗角正切(tgδ∥)主峰的频率滞后于垂直方向介电损耗角正切(tgδ⊥)主峰的频率,但是tgδ∥峰值高于tgδ⊥峰值。We measured the dielectric spectroscopy of the frog skeletal muscle fibers in the parallel and perpendicular orientation to the applied electric field by YHP4192ALF and YHP4191ARF impedance analyzer in vitro, at frequency range of 10 Hz~108 Hz. We have been comparatived the difference in the parallel and perpendicular orientation:(1)at low frequency, conductivity in parallel(κ l,⊥) is near ten-fold higher than conductivity in perpendicular(κ l,⊥);(2)at high frequency, conductivity has difference about 0.8 mS/cm between parallel(κ h,⊥) and perpendicular(κ h,⊥);(3)in the Cole-Cole plot of conductivity, conductivity increase in parallel(△κ ⊥) is lower than in perpendicular(△κ ⊥);(4)in the peak of loss factor(ε″), the peak of parallel orientation is obvious higher than in perpendicular orientation;(5)in the frequency of peak of loss tangent(tgδ), the frequency of peak of loss tangent in parallel is backward to perpendicular orientation, but in peak of loss tangent ,in peak of tgδ⊥ is higher than tgδ⊥ .
