海珠益肝胶囊对慢性乙型肝炎患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α及可溶性白细胞介素-2受体的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察海珠益肝胶囊对慢性乙型肝炎患者TNF-α及sIL-2R的影响,并探讨其机理。方法:选择慢性乙型肝炎患者60例,随机分为海珠益肝胶囊组及干扰素组,治疗3个月,并同健康体检者作对照研究,观察治疗前后血清TNF-α及sIL-2R的变化。结果:海珠益肝胶囊组及干扰素组治疗后血清TNF-α及sIL-2R水平较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01);两组治疗后TNF-α及sIL-2R水平差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:海珠益肝胶囊及干扰素均可降低血清TNF-α及sIL-2R的水平,通过影响细胞因子水平,发挥抗病毒作用,是海珠益肝胶囊抗病毒作用的机制之一。Objective: To observe the effect of Haizhu Yigan capsule on serum TNF-α and sIL-2R of Patients with chronic virus hepatitis B, and analyze the mechanism of its actions. Methods: 60 patients with CHB were assigned randomly to two groups. The treatment group was treated by capsule HZYG orally, and the control group was treated by IFN-α1b. After 3 months' treating, the levels of serum TNF-α and sIL-2R Were determined. Then compared these effects with the control group. Results: After 3 months' treating, both of the 2 groups' level of serum TNF-α and sIL-2R were reduced, compared with the level before treatmentP < 0.05. The level between the 2 groups after treatment was no significant different (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Both Haizhu Yigan capsule and IFN-α1b can reduce the level of serum TNF-a and sIL-2R, this is also one of the anti-virus mechanism.
